In Cartagena it never has been. The price moves depending on who asks, nobody will tell you what the boat actually is until you are standing on the pier, and the person you paid is not the person who sails. Magik is the fix: one number, a boat somebody has stood on, and a day that is somebody's job rather than your problem.
